1. COD Availability

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most cities and towns across Pakistan, subject to courier serviceability in your specific area.

2. How COD Works

• Place Order: Select “Cash on Delivery” as your preferred payment method at checkout.

• Order Processing: Your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch once confirmed.

• Payment at Doorstep: Simply hand over the exact cash amount of your total bill to the courier rider at the time of delivery.

3. Mandatory Order Confirmation

• Every order is strictly verified via a WhatsApp message or phone call before dispatch.

• Parcels are only handed over to the courier after receiving explicit confirmation from the customer to ensure genuine orders.

4. Order Cancellations & Refusals

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please inform us promptly before the parcel is dispatched.

• Repeated Order Refusal Policy: Customers who repeatedly place COD orders and reject the parcel at their doorstep without a valid cause (e.g., the product is not damaged or incorrect) cause significant logistical losses. Such users may be permanently blocked from placing future orders on our website.
