• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days following order confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call.

• Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners:

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 working days.

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 working days.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to severe weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping charge of Rs. [Insert Amount, e.g., 200] applies to standard orders.

• Orders above Rs. [Insert Amount, e.g., 3000] qualify for FREE Shipping nationwide.

4. Our Courier Partners

We ship all orders through Pakistan’s leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

5. Order Tracking

• Once your parcel is dispatched, a consignment tracking number will be sent to you via WhatsApp / SMS.

• You can track the real-time status of your parcel directly on the respective courier partner’s portal.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Courier riders will make 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel.

• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or an invalid address/phone number, the parcel will be returned to us.

• Repeated non-availabilities may result in order cancellation.

7. Delivery Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated timelines, unexpected delays can occur due to weather events, road blockages, strikes, or peak festive traffic. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp in case of significant disruptions.
