You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched, by contacting us via WhatsApp at 03271941970 or email at khilonastation@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Once an order has been shipped / dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered, as per our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
If an advance payment was made, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days upon successful cancellation before dispatch.
