1. Free Cancellation Before Dispatch

• You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

• To cancel, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once an order has been shipped or dispatched via our courier partners (Trax, PostEx, Leopards), it cannot be cancelled.

• If you no longer wish to keep the item after dispatch, you may receive the package and initiate a return as per our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

3. Advance Payment Refund on Cancellation

• If you made an advance payment (10% COD advance or 100% full advance) and successfully cancel your order before dispatch, your payment will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
