Shopping Information

Q1. How long does delivery take?

Orders to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.) are typically delivered within 2–4 working days. Other cities and areas receive delivery within 4–7 working days after order confirmation.

Q2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is available across most cities in Pakistan. To confirm a COD order, a 10% advance payment of the total order value is required. The remaining 90% is paid in cash to the courier rider on delivery.

Q3. Do I get any discount for paying in full advance?

Yes. Customers who pay 100% of the order value in advance (online) receive a 5% discount on the total order value.

Q4. What payment methods do you accept for advance payment?

We accept Bank Transfer (Meezan Bank), Easypaisa, and JazzCash. Full account details are provided on the checkout page and shared via WhatsApp after order placement.

Q5. Can I return a product if I don't like it?

Yes. Returns and exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging with tags/stickers intact, and accompanied by the order number. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.

Payment Infomation

Q6. What if I receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video. If the fault is on our side, we will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund and cover the return shipping cost.

Q7. How will I know my order is confirmed?

Every order — COD or advance-paid — is confirmed via a WhatsApp message or phone call before dispatch. Orders are only shipped after this confirmation step.

Q8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS. You can track your order on the courier company’s website (Trax, PostEx, or Leopards).

Q9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched by contacting us on
WhatsApp with your Order ID. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as
per our Return Policy.

Q10. Are your toys safe for children?

Yes. We source toys from reputable wholesale suppliers and every product listing clearly mentions the recommended age group. Please read the product description before purchasing and always supervise young children during play.
