Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation via WhatsApp / phone call. Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.
A flat shipping charge of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000. Orders of Rs. 5,000 and above qualify for free shipping.
We ship all orders through trusted courier partners: Trax, PostEx, and Leopards Courier — selected based on the delivery location.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp / SMS. You can track your order status directly on the courier company's website.
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be returned to us. Repeated failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may result in order cancellation.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of significant delays.
